You receive an individualised programme built around 2 to 3 main sessions per week, plus clear calorie and protein targets that match your starting point.
Weekly check-ins & block reviews
We review your progress, adjust loads, volume and nutrition where needed, and manage fatigue so you can keep progressing without burning out.
Straightforward pricing, with wedding client perks.
Most independent trainers in Singapore sit around S$100–120 per session. These packs reward commitment so you save more the longer you stay – and the more consistently you train, the better your results. If you’re booking Ember Media for your wedding, you can also unlock preferred “wedding shape-up” rates.
1-to-1 Trainer Packs
Private coaching for 2–3 sessions per week. Commit upfront, save per session, and lock in your results.
The more you commit, the lower the per-session rate – and the more consistent your progress.

Hybrid Online Coaching (Remote)
For clients who already train on their own but want a proper plan, nutrition targets and weekly accountability. No in-person sessions – everything is done online.
Month-to-month. Minimum 3 months recommended to see meaningful change.
