Elijah is an ACE Certified personal trainer in Singapore. He refined his craft training under Homeground Gym and Kah Fitness before launching his own practice.

As the creative head behind Ember Media Co, he also directs wedding shoots—meaning he understands deeply how posture, muscle, and body composition show up on camera. How many times per week do I need to train?
For most busy adults, 2–3 quality sessions per week is the sweet spot. Two full-body sessions can work extremely well if you train hard and stay consistent. Three sessions allows faster progress if your schedule permits.
What happens in the first session?
We run a short movement check, teach the key patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull), and set starting loads that are challenging but safe. You leave with a clear plan for the next few weeks, not a random “trial workout”.
Do I need my own gym membership?
It depends where we train. Some commercial gyms require membership or a per-entry fee; condo gyms are usually included in your residence. We will confirm any extra costs before you commit to a pack.
Do you work with beginners or injuries?
Yes. Many clients start with no lifting experience or old aches. We choose joint-friendly options, progress conservatively, and can coordinate with your physio if needed. The goal is to make you stronger, not broken.
How long before I see results?
Most people feel strength improvements within 3–4 weeks. Visible physique changes typically show up around 8–12 weeks with consistent training and nutrition. Bigger transformations often take 4–6 months.
Cancellation and refund policy?
PT sessions require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule, otherwise the session is counted as used. Session packs are non-refundable and have clear validity periods. Online coaching is billed monthly.
