We review your progress, adjust loads, volume and nutrition where needed, and manage fatigue so you can keep progressing without burning out.

Most independent trainers in Singapore sit around S$100–120 per session. These packs reward commitment so you save more the longer you stay – and the more consistently you train, the better your results. If you’re booking Ember Media for your wedding, you can also unlock preferred “wedding shape-up” rates.

Hybrid Online Coaching (Remote)

For clients who already train on their own but want a proper plan, nutrition targets and weekly accountability. No in-person sessions – everything is done online.

Month-to-month. Minimum 3 months recommended to see meaningful change.

  • Calorie and protein targets, plus simple meal structure guidelines to fit your lifestyle.

How many times per week do I need to train? +
For most busy adults, 2 to 3 proper sessions per week is the sweet spot. Two quality full-body sessions are enough for progress when you are consistent and push hard. Three sessions allow for more specialisation and faster change if recovery and schedule allow.
What happens in my first session? +
We run through a short movement assessment, teach you the key lifts we’ll be using, and set starting loads that feel challenging but safe. You’ll leave with a clear plan for the next few weeks rather than a random “trial workout”.
Where do training sessions take place? +
Most clients train in commercial gyms or condo gyms in Singapore. On the consultation call we’ll discuss what equipment you have access to and agree on the most practical location based on where you live, work and train.
Do I need my own gym membership? +
It depends where we train. Some locations require you to have a membership or pay a per-entry fee, while condo gyms are usually included in your residence. We’ll run through options and any additional costs during the consult before you commit to a pack.
Do you work with complete beginners or people with injuries? +
Yes. Many clients start with no lifting experience, old injuries or current aches and pains. We choose exercises that suit your joints, progress carefully, and can coordinate with your physiotherapist or healthcare provider where needed. The goal is to make you stronger, not broken.
How long before I see results? +
Most people notice strength and energy improvements within 3–4 weeks. Visible changes in body shape typically show up between 8–12 weeks if you train consistently and follow the nutrition guidelines. Bigger transformations usually take 4–6 months of steady work.
Do you offer couple or small-group training? +
Yes, there are options for couples and small groups who want to train together in the same session. This works well for wedding prep, friends, or family members with similar goals. Share this on your enquiry and we’ll recommend the most cost-effective option.
Can I switch between in-person and online coaching later? +
In most cases, yes. Many clients start with in-person PT to learn technique, then move to hybrid or online coaching once they are more confident. We can adjust your plan at the end of a pack or billing cycle so it fits your budget and schedule.
Is nutrition coaching included? +
Yes. All coaching options include at least basic calorie and protein targets, plus simple guidelines for structuring your meals. Online coaching can include more detailed nutrition work where needed, such as macro adjustments, eating-out strategies and troubleshooting weekends.
What if I travel often or my schedule changes? +
Travel and odd weeks are normal. Programmes are designed with contingencies, and we can switch sessions to hotel or home-based versions when needed. For PT packs, we simply plan around your travel calendar so you still complete your sessions within the validity period.
What is your cancellation and refund policy? +
PT sessions require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule, otherwise the session is counted as used. Session packs are non-refundable and non-transferable, and have clear validity periods. Online coaching is billed monthly, with changes effective from the next billing cycle.
