Elijah is an ACE Certified personal trainer in Singapore. He refined his craft training under Homeground Gym and Kah Fitness before launching his own practice.
As the creative head behind Ember Media Co, he also directs wedding shoots—meaning he understands deeply how posture, muscle, and body composition show up on camera. The goal isn't just gym numbers; it's about helping you look lean, confident, and sharp when it matters most in your pre-wedding shoots and actual day coverage.

We meet in person once a week to review your progress, adjust your programme, and check your form — then you train independently the rest of the week. Full coaching at a fraction of daily PT.
